Privacy policy

What we collect, why we hold it, and what is never made public.

What we collect

Name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email address, education level, course or stream, institution name, assessment responses, computed scores, and a photograph if you choose to upload one for your certificate.

Why we collect it

To run your assessment, produce your career profile and report, issue and verify your certificate, and — where your institution has enrolled you in a batch — to report completion status to that institution.

What is never shown publicly

Contact details, date of birth and detailed scores are never shown on public verification or share pages. The public certificate verification page shows only the candidate name, assessment name, assessment date, certificate identifier, issuing organisation and validity status.

Sharing

A share link is generated only when you choose to share a result. Detailed assessment results stay private unless you explicitly share them. We do not sell candidate data.

Institutions

If you register through an institution batch link, that institution can see your name, completion status, career profile summary, report and certificate. It cannot see your password.

Retention and removal

Assessment records are retained so certificates remain verifiable. To request correction or deletion of your record, write to careersparkfoundation@gmail.com from your registered email address. Deleting your record also invalidates any certificate issued to you.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access to the administration panel is restricted to authorised staff of Campuzine Scholars Edu Hub LLP.
